		<description>another good exersize is to lay straight on your side, with the opposite arm supporting your ballence, and slowly lift your arm and leg up and down, roll over and repeat with the other side.....it doesent seem like much but when you do reps of 15-20 you really feel the burn in your thighs and hamstring. this makes a goodwarm up.
