I’m in the midst of writing a list of good exercises for a future blog entry, but I decided to compile a harder list for the advanced fitness experts that think they can handle the challenge.

The impossible workout:

1. Lie on the ground face up toward the ceiling. Bring your head, back, arms, and legs off the ground until no body part is on the floor. Stay suspended in the air for 60 seconds.

2. Stand up straight on one foot, lifting one foot above your head. Now jump and land both feet on your head with no feet touching the ground. I advise doing 3 sets of 20 reps.

3. Get in the sit-up position. Raise your back, buttocks, and head off the ground and proceed to do 300 sit-ups with only your feet on the ground, with knees fully bent.

4. Jump rope without taking your feet off the ground. Do 200.

Bonus Stretch: Turn your neck 180 degrees and lodge your nose in between your shoulder bones of your back for an intense stretch for your neck and back.
